We are completely independent and have no affiliation to any aged care home and will search and compare aged care homes based on your requirements.

Free Initial Meeting
Over the phone discussion of the needs of the person moving into care and the goals of the family.
Research
Finding an aged care home that meets the:
- Care needs (Can cater to their care requirements)
- Financial needs (Homes that are priced within your budget or homes that can accept based on the Means Test Assessment)
- Geographic needs (find a home that is convenient for friends and family to still visit)
Support
We provide a report with all the financial information on each home and continuous updates throughout the approval process until a suitable home is secured. During this period, once we have approval, we will organise contact with the homes for you conduct tours.
Before proceeding we will need:
- ACAT/ACAS assessment to be completed by the ACAT Team, as we will need the residential permanent aged care code and respite code from this report.
- An update medical summary and medication list from their GP or social worker if in hospital or if the person has been diagnosed with dementia a medical summary from the Geriatrician
These documents will help quicken the process and most homes contacted should only take up to 2 working days to respond with an answer. The fee for this service is $990 but if you have completed a financial appointment through our finance specialists we discount this price as it provides clearer answers and options for our placement team when searching for aged care homes.
